Kayce C. Staehle

Kayce-Staehle-attorneyKayce C. Staehle, Attorney, born in Anderson, South Carolina, but raised in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate education and Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, for her JD (Juris Doctor). She started working in law firms when she was 18 and has been a licensed attorney since 2000. Her credentials include:

  • North Carolina and South Carolina licensed attorney
  • Licensed insurance agent for fixed life insurance and annuity products
  • Certified green belt six sigma
  • NC Superior Court Certified Mediator

Mrs. Staehle is the owner of Northpointe Law Group and practices in the key areas of Estate Planning, Mediation and Real Estate. When not practicing law, she enjoys reading, joining dance classes and engaging in a variety of activities with her family like camping and boating.


Claudia L. Soto

Claudia-L-SotoClaudia L. Soto, Attorney, born in Colombia, South America. Moved to Charlotte, NC from Miami, FL, in 1999. She attended Western Carolina University and University of North Carolina Charlotte for her undergraduate degree. She is fluent in Spanish, and has worked in various law firms and owned a translation company before attending Charlotte School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor. She has worked in many areas of practice including: Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation, Immigration, Family, Criminal, Real Estate and Wills.
Mrs. Soto resides in Lake Norman with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Brad Watson

Brad-WatsonAttorney Brad Watson is Managing Attorney of South Charlotte office for Northpointe Law Group, and focuses exclusively on commercial and residential real estate matters.

Mr. Watson was born in Atlanta, GA, and raised in Roanoke, Virginia. He earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton and his B.A. from Clemson University.

Upon graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2006, Brad moved to Charlotte, NC. He has spent his career helping North Carolina residents with their real estate matters. Brad has overseen hundreds of residential real estate closings.

Brad lives in Indian Trail, NC with his wife, Emily, and their two children, Luke and Aubrey. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and is an avid Atlanta Braves baseball fan.
